Travelers, subway &#8211; December 2010"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The sketching of strangers on the subway is its own genre, with dozens if not hundreds of practitioners every day.\u00a0 For me these strangers are a subset of the universe of fellow travelers that also includes MetroNorth train passengers, bus riders, and the waiting-at-the-airport crowd.\u00a0 Here are faces from late in 2010, the first in an intermittent series that may project both forward and backward in time as I plumb my sketchbooks.\u00a0 I&#8217;m also rolling out my new logo here,
